In 2016, Christopher Adams found himself at the beginning of a remarkable journey of ministry. It was a season marked by a deep commitment to knowing Christ more intimately and seeing Him revealed both in his own life and in the lives of others. At the same time, it was one of the most challenging seasons he had ever experienced. Intense spiritual warfare, personal trials, and moments of deep discouragement tested his faith and resolve.

Yet through every challenge, one thing never wavered—his commitment to prayer. During one of those nights of earnest prayer, the Lord spoke to his heart with a powerful revelation. God impressed upon him that everything he would ever need to overcome, endure, and fulfill his calling had already been placed within him. Then came the words that would become the foundation of a ministry:

"I have made you a city."

A city that is fortified—strong, secure, immovable, and fully equipped to withstand every attack. A city established by God that would not fail because its strength was found in Him. That divine encounter became the birth of Fortified City.

Later that same year, Christopher hosted the ministry's first prayer gathering under the banner of Fortified City. What began as a simple call to prayer has since grown into a ministry that creates an atmosphere where people can encounter the presence of God, be strengthened in their faith, and experience genuine transformation through communion with Him.

Today, Fortified City Global stands as a beacon of hope and light to the Body of Christ. It is an apostolic ministry committed to building people, strengthening communities, and impacting nations through the revelation of Jesus Christ. While the ministry embraces the supernatural work of God—including miracles, signs, and wonders—it remains firmly rooted in the conviction that the true measure of a believer's life is found in discipleship.

At its heart, Fortified City Global exists to reveal Christ, cultivate mature believers, and equip God's people to walk confidently in their divine identity and purpose. Through prayer, sound biblical teaching, worship, and the demonstration of God's power, the ministry seeks to see lives transformed and the Kingdom of God advanced—one heart, one community, and one nation at a time.
